Surface is covered with rubber, the thickness of rubber is 20-25mm, rubber is from Voith or StoweWoodward
Shaft head: 40CrMo, Bulkhead: HT250
Roller inside and outside surface will be processed.
We will do dynamic balance to improve the stability of the roller.
After shaft head installed, we will do dynamic balance again. The dynamic balance will be G1.6
We can supply all kinds of paper machine roller used on the paper machine such as the press roller, copper/chome plated roller, steel roller -water quenches the roller, blind drilled press roller, coating roller, PU rubber roller, granite stone roller and so on.
