Material of roller: HT250-HT300
Shaft head: 45# steel, Bulkhead: HT250
Surface is covered with rubber, rubber is from Stowe Woodward. Rubber thickness: 20-25mm.
Roller and inside and outside diameter will be processed.
And after that we will process rollers’ dynamic balance to improve machines’ stability.
And before the spindle head has been installed ,we will make the second dynamic balance. Dynamic balanced grade: G1.6
Groove press roll will be packed in wooden case or iron case, depended on specific conditions.
