Stainless steel sheet winding cylinder mould

The shaft is 180×25 seamless steel tube, cast iron spokes 15 pcs. There are 10 stainless steel bars between two spokes as the support. 

The inside spoke is inlayed δ3×20 stainless steel belt, which can make the 10 stainless steel bar welded on the stainless steel belt. 

Technical requirement

1. The wire face flatness in 1mm is not more than 0.25mm and the wire face length is in ±1mm.

2. Amount of unbalance of the cylinder mould is not more than 0.01mm of the self weight.

3. The structure is strong and the wire face is flatness and smooth.

4. Couch roll size 420×2350×2800mm.

Roll body: 373×10mm seamless steel tube.

Coated rubber thickness: 25mm, hardness: Shore 30degree±2. The spindle nose is 45# steel, with 312 bearing.
