driving roller used in fourdrinier paper making machine of paper mill
Dia: 460-1800mm
Face length: 2100-10000mm
Material of roller: seamless steel pipe or reel pipe
Shaft head: 45# steel, Bulkhead: HT250
Surface is covered with rubber or chromed plating or without covering.
Roller and inside and outside diameter will be processed.
And after that we will process rollers’ dynamic balance to improve machines’ stability.
And before the spindle head has been installed ,we will make the second dynamic balance. Dynamic balanced grade: G2.5
