Dia: 460-1800mm

Face length: 2100-8000mm

The roller is made of cast steel and the surface is covered by rubber. Rubber thickness: 10mm

Shell material: seamless steel pipe or reel pipe; Bulkhead is HT250, Shaft head: 45#, 40 Cr, 42Cr

Roller and inside and outside diameter will be processed.

And after that we will process rollers’ dynamic balance to improve machines’ stability.

And before the spindle head has been installed ,we will make the second dynamic balance. The dynamic balance is G1.6

 


We can supply plain  press roller,grooved press roller,dandy roll,felt guide roll,table roll,breast roll,wire returning roll,wire driving roll,upper couch roll,stretch roll ,etc
