1.Main Function:
YJ-1/800 Spindle ceramic mosaic tile cutting machineis applied to cut large tiles(max Workable sizes is width 800mm/600mm) into strips, square,diamond,narrow and so on. Can process Large tiles of different size at one time.
The advantage of mosaic cutting machine is that can pre-cutting equipment required assure this machine high accuracy, Low broken and increase in productivity. Large tiles of different size can be cut into strips and mosaic continuously without doing any adjustment.

2.Working Principal:
For Splitting
a/ 1-12 saw blades installed on the first spindle do thepre-cutting (optional)
b/ The same number of saw blades installed on the second spindle do thesplitting
For Slotting
Resin slotting wheel installed on the spindle do the slotting.
