such as high producing efficiency, excellent products quality, low cost etc.
Products Introduction:
This machine is a new generation machine. It is an integrated device to process heteromorphism and
polishing of ceramics, stone, marble, artificial stone, quartz stone,
granite and agglomerated stone, which consists of the two main engines of rough grinding and polishing.
This machine has a delicate structure and stable movement.
The fixing grinding method is adopted to grind and pare the shaping. There exist the saw blade and the shaping wheel .
1.The processing of the combined saw blade is high efficient and low cost. The efficiency and the speed of the diamond saw blade are highly used to increase the productivity. And the processing stone line can vary from the different dia of the saw blades.
2.The cost of the shaping milling wheel is low. The front two heads can be two circle saw blades and the back can be two shaping milling wheel(a thick one and a thin one).The circle saw blades can constitute various curved lines.
3. Breakage rate is low. Thin circle saw blade and small contact area reduce the stone pressure.The shaping milling wheel paring is less because most of the cutting is done by the combined circle saw blades.
4.The transformation cost is low.There is no boundary for the factory.Different diameters circle saw blades forms the similiar curve according to the processing stone line.First,the structure is shaped by the rough grinding and then the final processing is accomplished by two electroplate shaping wheels,which are a thick one and a thin one.The biggest advantage of this shaping method is that the circle saw blades can be repeatedly used and the producing cost is low.
Both the humanmachine interface system and numerical control system are used to align the grinding wheels.
Each grinding wheel can adjust the pressure to the stone
surface according to its thickness and automatically compensate the loss of grinding wheel.
This series of machine can do the stone frame, france edge, duck-bill edge,Roman edge,artistic line,etc.
You can also customerize the single equipment.
