Pipe is customarily identified by "Nominal Pipe Size" (NPS), with wall thickness defined by "Schedule number" (SCH). Tube is customarily specified by its outside diameter (O.D.) and wall thickness (WT), expressed either in Birmingham wire gage (BWG) or in thousandths of an inch.

Pipe:  NPS 1/2-SCH 40 is even to outside diameter 21,3 mm with a wall thickness of 2,77 mm.

Tube:  1/2" x 1,5 is even to outside diameter 12,7 mm with a wall thickness of 1,5 mm.

Workshop

Process

All goods should be packed in sea worthy export plywood cases & pallets, streched wrapped with nylon.

Question 1: How many staff working on your plant? 

Answer: 660 workers and staff members with a strong technical force, including 26 engineers, 48 assistant engineers and 68 technicians.

Question 2:  What kind of certificate do you have?

Answer: ISO,API,ABS CERTIFICATES.

Question 4:  What kind of largest diameter seamless and welded pipe fittings available to producing in your workshops ?

Question 5: Do you have the laboratory in your factory?

Answer: Yes, we have.

Question 6: Can you supply FASTENERS?

Answer: Yes, we can supply Bolt, U-bolt and screw nut.

Question 7: What test do you usually do?

Answer: After production, we will make NDT inspection. About elbows, usually we use ultrasonic test by a certain percentage. If client needs special requirement,we will make as per their requirement.

Question 8: The period of production a volume about 300 tn of products;

Answer:  About 300 tons products, it costs 20-30 days,and 40 days including painting,marking and packing.

Question 9: The whole production capacity of your own production facilities;

Answer: About DN15-DN6000 flange,18000 tons per year;DN15-DN1200 elbow, reducer and tee,15000 tons per year.
