GRAPEFRUITE OIL
Grapefruit oil is extracted from the fresh peel by cold compression and yields 0.5 - 1 %.
USES:
Grapfruit is known as a ‘Happy” oil due to its uplifting qualities and is liked by children for this reason, it is used in aromatherapy spa treatments to improve lymphatic drainage and to ease muscle stiffness, by dispersing lactic acids. It contain various therapeutic properties which are anti-infections, anti-inflammatory, anti-septic, anti-depressant, skin toning and mentally rejuvenating. It is used to treat acne, oily skin, cellulite, muscle stiffness, colds, depression, depression and nervous exhaustion. It is good for use in a difuser to disinfect a room.
Grapefruit has a high vitamin C content and is therefore valuable to the immune system. It helps protect against colds and flu, has a very positive effect on obesity and also has diuretic properties, helping to remove excess water from the body and is therefore also great for treating cell

Grapefruit oil is non-toxic, non-irritant, non-sensitizing and although listed as non-phototoxic, it can irritate the skin if exposed to strong sunlight after treatment
