Description of strain clamp:

 

The strain clamps is used for fixing conduct wires and lighting rods on nonlinear pole of aerial electric lines or in transforming stations .They are connected to the stain insulators by connecting clamp or fix lightning rods on the pole tower.According to structures and installation methods,they are divided into three types including bolt type ,compressed type and wedge type.

 

According to materials,they can be divided into 2 types:forging cast iron and aluminum alloy.Aluminum alloy clamp is also the energy saving anchor clamp.
