Horizontal Rubber Belt Filter is the high automatic new-type machine. It adopts setting vacuum chamber and the rubber belt moves on the chamber. It has realized the continuous filtration, cake cleaning, residue unloading and cloth cleaning and regeneration etc used in the fields of solid-liquid separation of the chemical industry, coal chemical, metallurgy, mines, flue gas desulfurization, food industry etc.
Technical characteristics:
1. Circular rubber belt has excellent flexibility and long service life.
2. There is a circular friction belt between vacuum chamber and the rubber belt, which is sealed, lubricated and cooled with water. It could maintain stable vacuum and reduce the resistance of rubber belt friction.
3. Rubber belt adopts seal support roller or water film supporting. It can reduce the moving resistance and prolong the service life of the rubber belt.
4. It has both high and low levels of the discharging liquid to satisfy different conditions requirements.
5. It is flexible to assemble equipment because of the modular structure and convenient for the transportation and installation.
6. It is convenient to remote and spot the control for the DCS.
