RVSTZ series vacuum dewaxing sintering furnace is mainly used in the base stainless steel, hard alloy, high temperature alloy, high proportion alloy, metal ceramics, magnetic materials, carbide, boride, oxide and intermetallic compounds, oxide sintered in vacuum or carrier gas absorbent and high temperature sintering.
In the same furnace can be achieved continuous and sintering of two production processes. With the furnace of debinding and sintering, exempt products repeatedly shifting, heating and cooling, improve product quality, shorten the production cycle, improve production efficiency.

Q:Do you have customization or OEM service ?
A:We can provide the regular and standard model sizes, at the same time, we can customize furnaces as product ,work piece size, and temperature requirement .Meanwhile, we offer OEM service under the strict industrial standard.
Q:What kind of quality standard dose your furnace follow?
A:Firstly, we are ISO9001:2008 and CE certified factory, All the processes are strictly following the standard of the metallurgy process. In the factory, we have about 10 employees that work in the quality assurance department. We control the furnace quality in our factory as below:
1st step : Internal inspection (such as the supply chain management
,in-process quality control and final quality assurance which are executed by our QC engineer according to the technical contract)
2nd step: Pre-acceptance standard (buyer send engineers to check or entrust the third party to do in our factory,)
3rd step: Site acceptance(After the installation of vacuum furnace in user’s factory, we sign the reception report )
Q: Is it hard to operate &maintain?
A:Our furnace has the PLC controller and intelligent programmable temp. Controller, user can use touch screen to set curves, auto/manual switch interlock, auto &monitor system, it is easy to operate. We prepare enough spare parts for user and on line technical support.
Q:Can you serve customer oversea like installation and debugging ?
A:Yes,we can dispatch our engineer to your city for installation and debugging or other service. Meanwhile,we will offer relevant documents: The plan of equipment, Foundation condition graph, The layout of equipment, Electric control system schematic diagram, Main accessories operating instructions & qualification and on.
Q:How about training ?
A:Buyer sent operator to our factory to get trained about the furnace operation; Our engineers offer training in the users working site.
Q:What about payment terms?
A:L/C, T/T, and so on.
Q:How long is your furnace warranty period ?
A:Since passing the site acceptance ,it has 12 months warranty period .
