Our company focus to research and develop the chicken essence production line equipment for many years.

Description:

 

Essence of chicken production process are: food(wheat, corn, soy) — semi-monosodium glutamate and a small amount of chicken powder and mix with other auxiliaries — granulation—drying — sifting  — packaging inspection  — finished  — storage.

 

For obtaining products with good color, smell and superb shape, auxiliaries selection are essential. Semi-finished products which monosodium glutamate and other quality oil on the chicken embryo plays a decisive impact on finished product.

 

In drying aspect, since the main component of chicken is evolved by the sodium glutamate, and sodium glutamate at temperatures higher than 120 centigrade, it will become coal carbonization. Sodium glutamate after eating is harmful,so when chicken essence is in drying, the drying chamber temperature must be controlled between 95-115 centigrade. Thus the nutritional value of chicken can be realized fully.

Drying Instructions:

 

Our engineers made a lot of improvements on the basis of conventional fluid ized bed dryer to make it meet the chicken essence production process requirements.

 

Essence of chicken has some sticky, easily stick to the surface of dryer, and cause the drying cannot finished. Chicken essence extrusion granulating after molding, the moisture on the surface is higher.

 

The first stage of fluidized bed adopt big volume of wind predrying at low-temperature ,so that the moisture on the surface can be lower quickly, meanwhile surface viscosity is decreased. 

 

The second stage of fluidized bed adopt big volume of wind drying at middle temperature in order to further reduce the moisture on the chicken surface.

 

The third stage of fluidized bed adopt conventional  volume of wind drying at middle temperature so that to own sufficient residence time to dry effectively.

 

The fourth stage of fluidized bed adopt big volume of wind to cool so that chicken powder can be immediate packing after screening.

 

In short, in order to meet the chicken at different stages of technological requirements, opening rate of bed and the opening direction of the hole, and the selection of fans have the appropriate design standard.

 

To improve fluidization effect and operation reliability of fluid bed,we increase volume of boiling chamber in producing fluid bed and the host machine adopt  framework structure.
