Product  Description:

A.Process:

1,The door is painted in the Automatic spray painting machine.

2,Then the door will be move to the IR Oven line by workers.

3,When the door goes through the whole line, the workers take the door to drying room and wait for it dry totally.

Features:

1,Maximum working width: 230cm. Total Length: A model 18 meters, B model 20 meters.

2,Door will be conveyed by the chain so that the six sides of the door can be dry one time.

3,The whole line’s working width can be adjusted together.

B.Production line with 2 sets main spray machine and about 12 IR oven ,and 1 set UV solidifying machine:

Suitable for wooden door, solid wood door, compound door, engineering door, non-standard doors and so on, can be applied into liquid painting ( PU,PE,UV paint,water borne paint) ,powder .

Process:

After being put on the feeding place, the wood door will be conveyed to the central of the spray painting machine through the chain. During the process, the controller check the size of the door automatically (also use it to calculate the gun walking radius) and process painting. After short-term drying, wood door will be sent to filp machine and being turned around. Then the chain convey the wood door to the next automatic spray machine and paint it automatically. If the above steps were finished, the door will be transported to the 12 meters UV in order to drying and then it can be off the production line. The production line can link the UV machine.

Features:

1,  This production line is composed of two main automatic spray paint machine which can paint in five directions, many sets of IR Oven and wood door flip machines.

2,  Good cleaning system are provided to guarantee the painting effect.

3,  Using assembly-line to operate the paint flip and dryer can shorten the paint drying period and the production capacity, with the capacity is 100-140square meter

per hours. During the transmission process, because controller can detect the length and width of the door to generate new processing program.,

4,  The whole production line can be connected to UV machine if the customer require.
