UGF50
Suitable for curing paint for board type furniture, solid wood compound floor, cabinet floor, plane door, handicrafts, door frame, bamboo curtains and other work-pieces after they are painted by UV paint.
Features:
1,Equipped with UV automatic machine. Segmentation curing reduces the instant curing paint stress to avoid paint cracking.
2, Imported high mercury ultraviolet lamp and imported baffle board are equipped. The degree of lamp’s irradiation has the strong or weak select device. The imported baffle board can reflected 95% light.
3,The convey mode is stainless steel type Teflon, equipped with air cooling system and temperature controller to control the internal case’s temperature to keep shake perfect under high temperature.
4,The unique 3D curing system can drying the different sizes work-pieces’ four sides and one surfaces at the same time.
5,The special wave band lamp structure is able to control the paint’s toughness, hardness, adhesive force and rubbing property and bring the paint’s features in to play perfectly.
6,The anti-ultraviolet radiation diaphragm is added in the side plate and enters and exit sunshield to prevent the UV letting out.
7,Scram controller can keep the system safe.
8,The convey mode has stepless adjusting device and preventing deviation device to guarantee conveying smoothly.
9,Each UV system is control isolated. According to production status to decide the number of tube and the change of tube’s power.
