Specifications
It is widely used for operation of drying,cooling and damp increasing (or carry out at the same time) for powder or granule.Description:
Raw material is fed into the machine from the inlet and moves forward continuously along with the level of fluidized-bed under the action of vibration. The hot air passes through fluidized-bed and carries out heat exchange with damp raw material. Then the damp air is exhausted out through the cyclone separator and deduster. The dry raw material is discharged through discharge outlet.
Features:
1. Adopt vibration motor, it is smooth in runing and convenient in maintanance. The noise is low and the working life is long.
2. The state of fluidization is uniform, without the phenomenon of gap and blowing out. The uniform drying and cooling product can be got.
3. It is good in adjustment and wide in the field of application. The thickness of raw material and the speed of raw material to be moved inside the machine and the change of vibration range can be stepless.
4. The damage to the surface of raw material is small. So it can be used for raw materials that are easily to be broken. If the granule is not normal, the effect of process can not be effected.
5. The structure is fully seal, it is effective to prevent from cross infection between material and air. The operating environment is clean.
6. High mechanical and thermal efficiency and good effect of energy saving. Compared with ordinary drying equipment, it can save 30-60% energy.
Application:
It is suitable for drying and cooling powder or granule in the fields of chemistry, pharmacy, foodstuff and mineral. Such as citric acid, monosodium glutamate, borax, ammonium sulphate, compund fertilizer, bean, lees, seed, slag and sugar.
