Specifications
It is used to concentrate and evaporate liquid materials in the industries such as pharmacy, chemical and food,etc.Description:
This equipment is suitable for evaporation and concentration the liquid material and recycling the organic solvent in pharmaceutical, foodstuff and chemical industry. And it is especially applicable to low temperature vacuum concentration of heat sensitive substances. It also can be used to distill and recycle the organic solvents such as alcohol, etc.
Features:
1. This equipment contains six components such as concentration tank, the first condenser, gas-liquid separator, the second condenser, cooler and liquid receiver.
2. The concentration tank is a jacket structure, the condenser is multitubular type, and the cooler is tube-wire type.
3. Due to the equipment adopts vacuum low temperature concentration, the effective ingredients of heat sensitive material will not be damaged.
4. All parts contacting with materials are made of Ocr19Ni9 stainless steel with good corrosion resistance, and in accordance with the GMP standard.
5. It is an ideal concentration equipment with small size, high efficiency and low cost.
