Standard configuration:
Feeder section:
¨ Auto continuous blank feeding with two integral between neighbor blanks adjustable by stepless motor.
¨ Independent feeding belt adjusting device. Feeding belt is changeable easily.
¨ Independent vibrant motor to give good blank separation.
¨ Front and side blank stoppers can be adjusted up and down as a whole to save time.
Prebreaker section:
¨ Long distance pre-fold section ensures the 180 degree folding to the first line and the 135 degree folding to the third line for easy opening.
¨ Easy access to each part to give quick fixing and dismantling of different accessory parts.
Crash-lock bottom section:
¨ The crash-lock bottom hook is fixed on an lift rack to decrease the down time when changing box type.
¨ Crash-lock and can handle 60-400 pcs boxes per minute stably.
Gluing section:
¨ Mechanical left and right upper face gluing tanks
¨ Mechanical left and right bottom face gluing tanks
¨ All tanks can be moved up and down and left and right.
Folding section:
¨ Longer distance design fully ensures each blank could be folder completely both in left and right sides. Belt with help of different angle guiding disc could be adjusted precisely to match different blanks either in size or substrate.
Pressing section:
¨ Pressure adjustment is convenient and reliable. This further ensure the gluing quality
¨ Photo electric counter is available.
Delivery section:
Unique structure gives even pressure with easy pressure adjustment.
