- PP, PE production line adopts the European advanced technical of plastic machine, and the whole line have get an ideal pelleting effect.
- The production line is mainly comprised of following machine: force feed system, single-screw extruder, hydraulic net change device, water cooling pelleter, vibration sieve, centrifuge, storage hopper, control panel etc.
- The production line adopts different filling method according to difform material; screw configuration will be designed by different nature materials.
- Advantage: the production line is able to remove the dross better by one or many net changing; water cooling pelleter greatly promote the appearance of particulate; air conveying drying system reduce the moisture content of the final particulate greatly.
