High Speed Hydraulic Ram
The hydraulic system haas a high speed, high efficiency and very reliable .It makes the stroke variable,dropping quickly and slow punching and full speed return.It increases the punch rate while you can get a qualitide part.you can get full punch force in the full stoke with very lower noise.
Unique Turret
The up and lower are machined together by the special machine in order to make station alignment. Bushed equipped with 2 keyways for manual setting of specific tools.
Featured auto index
Cconbined synchronization belt and worm wheel transfer can get high accuracy .Sectionalized worm wheel constructs eliminate the chearance.the flexible designa of this structure make it easy that the 2 index stationgs can be changed to 4 Max.diameter is 88.9mm.
High Precision Tool
of high quality alloy steel for durability Spring stripping mechanism with quide construction for distortion free holes.Plain workplaces with little burrs .The work range can be expanded with auto indexing stations.Special tools are available for irregular holes.
Pneumatic Clamp
Fitted with floating pneumatic calmp,it can float when the sheet has a uo downmotion.This can keep the sheet in a good motion condition.With this clamp you get small dead zone while the clamp can go into the gap between the up and lower tueert .This increases the production range of the sheet.
Hydraulic Clamp
Fitted with hydraulic clamps,different material can fitted in and the press can be adjusted suitably.Thin clamp make themselves to into the gap easily.Detect device always make the CNC control the actually position of the clamps.
High precision ball screw and lead guide
Master ball precision screw and liner guide ways prouducts of Japan and germany,have ensured the precision of operation and orientation.
Auto Program software
Equipped with tool management ,auto-punch,optimized punch path:stransfer the drawing from CAD file,process,toll library.microjoint,optimized the special tool,auto-peposition.
