b) Then we will response within 24 hours regarding an item including description, unit price, packaging, leadtime, MOQ and trade terms, etc.
c) We may contact you for clarification or options when quote, please feel free to call or email us if you have any further necessary revisions.
d) Free samples can be provided, with only shipping fee undertaken by your side.
e) After confirming all info, including your art design, with you, we’ll prepare a proforma invoice, including bank info. 30% T/T deposit and 70%T/T balance should be paid before shipping.
f) Receiving 30% deposit, we will update production schedule to you.Pre-production sample can be provided if needed. After finishing the production and 70% balance received, we'll arrange the shipment for you at once.
g) We will update shipping schedule and provide your local custom clearance documents before goods' arrival. And after receiving our products and during sales, any help we can do, please feel free to let us know.
