And also the press can work for semi-radial tires or nylon bias tires with one set of additional post cure inflator. The machine is B-type side link. Which consists of main machinecenteal mechanism, mechanic claw, steam dome, segmented mould controler, tyre stripping machine, unloader, cooling roll way, driving water piping, steam piping, force measure device, lubricating system, electrical control system, compressed air piping, safety device, top link device etc.
Tyre shaping and curing press
1. This series machines have vertical lift titling and sliding two different open and close mould methods. It consists of three big parts: Mechanism section, lubricating system and electrical control system. It is the ideal equipment for manufacturing the radial tire and nylon ply bias tire
2. The mechanisim section selects superior materials, adopted the advanced producing technique, and has reasonable structure. So it guarantee the main machine has good mechanical properities, the movement synchronization and aligment, avoiding beam drift in mold opening and closing, improving the accuracy of repeated movements of the whole machine and acquire reliable and stable shaping effect. The lubricating system and pipeline system are designed reasonably and canonically
