1.Rubber Mixer with completely sealed condition,materials are mixed or plasticated under certain pressure,controllable temperature ,which makes high production effciency and obtains excellent quality.
2.Spiral angle and over lapping length of the blades of the rotors are of reasonable design and make the materials to bedispersed uniformly.
3.Surface where is contacted with the materials are all platedwith hard chromium and polished,which is corrosion-resistantand wear-resistant.
4.Jacket construction is adopted in parts that surfaces contactwith materials to achieve excellent water-cooling or steamheating effect and fit in with the needs of plastics and rubberprocessing technology.
5.Feeding from back door on the frame (or a separate top door)is convenient for continuous process operation in aproduction line. The mixing chamber is able to turn forward by 140 aroud the frond rotors to discharge and is easy for changingpigments and cleaning the chamer.
6.Programmable logic controller (PLC) is adopted in theelectric-control system,which has reliable control function andalarm function,and interlock safety-protection function and itis procded with serial interface of net.

Banbury Mixer
The machine is an internal mixer with elliptical tangential rotors. The wings and the working surfaces of the rolls, the internal surfaces of the mixing chamber, and the working surfaces of the pressing ram device and the discharge device are all put on with wearable hard alloy by built-up welding method, which are durable and corrosion proof and have a longer life of service.
The cooling of the rotors, the mixing chamber and the pressing ram device adopts a circulated-channel structure to realize the circulation of the heat transmission medium. According to processing requirements, the mixing materials may be heated with hot steam or cooled with cold water.
The mixing chamber is a combined configuration, which is convenient for assembling, disassembling and maintenance. The drop-door discharge device is driven by two reciprocating oil cylinders which directly pull the locking plate to lock the discharge door. The airproof is reliable and the discharging is fast.
The rotors are supported by rolling bearings, so the maintenance work is convenient and the service life is long.
The transmission system adopts NGW planetary hardened-gear speed reducer, which has a compacted structure with higher transmission efficiency, lower noise and longer service life.
The pressing ram device may press onto the materials through air cylinder or oil cylinder to force the materials mixed evenly to increase productive efficiency. Mated with the electric controller, the pressing ram device can automatically add pressure, release pressure or just keep floating.
Both manual and automatic modes are arranged for the electric control system, which is easy to convert and reliable to operate. The client may choose according to his processing requirement a conventional electric apparatus or a PLC programming controller.

The machine is applicable for plasticating and mixing of rubber and plastics.
