What is SIYI industrial ceiling mounted exhaust fans?

 

SIYI industrial large ceiling fan is a type of mechanical fan used in commercial and industrial settings. Unlike residential ceiling fans that are typically 36 to 52 inches in diameter, SIYI large ceiling fans have very large diameters that start at 12 feet and go up to 24 feet. SIYI large ceiling fans move very slowly unlike standard fans which operate at high speed. With large diameters and low rotating speed, SIYI large ceiling fans can move large amounts of air, so it is named “high volume, low speed” (HVLS) fan.

 

 

SIYI industrial large ceiling fans are widely applied in livestock barns, warehouses, distribution centers, shopping malls, skating rinks health clubs and so on. Due to the rising costs of energy, industrial ceiling fans are often used to supplement HVAC systems as they provide a stronger cooling effect while helping to maintain a constant temperature and humidity.

 

How to work?

 

The unique airfoil blades on the SIYI industrial large ceiling fan produce a massive, cylindrical column of air that flows down to the floor and outward in all directions.  This horizontal floor jet pushes air a greater distance before it begins to move vertically and is drawn back through the fan.   The greater the down flow, the greater the air circulation will be.

After repeatedly tests, SIYI HVLS fans adopt Germany NORD motor to ensure the low noise, efficient, reliable and durable operation. The motor is free lubrication for life and any potential oil leakage is prevented by  double lip seals.

SIYI HVLS fans adopt SCHNEIDER inverter, which is the most famous inverter in worldwide. The overload protective device in controller box can automatically disconnect the power supply once accident occurs. So safety is assured. You can regulate the wind speed at will by rotary switch. What's more, the inverter can control the fan to rotate in forward and reversing direction.

 

 

 

SIYI industrial ceiling fan adopt the totally new cutting technique to manufacture the chassiss. Compared with the low pressure casting technique, the life span of new chassis is 10 times more. What’s more, it solve the segmentation absolutely.

 

 

The flabellum is the core technique of the fan. Our fans have six or eight PCS of blades and winglets to ensure maximum airflow and efficiency. Unique designed winglets at the airfoil tips greatly eliminate wind noise. The blades is made of aluminum alloy with plastic spraying finish, so it can resist corrosion and dust very well.
