1.Brief introduction
PF series impact crusher is the newest impact crusher produced by our company, who adopts the advanced technology at home and abroad and combines the specific mining industry conditions of sand stone line in the domestic market. The machine is with the newest manufacture skills and special structural design. The processed products are with cubic shape, no tensile force and crack, and very good shape. The impact crusher can crush all kinds of coarse, medium and fine materials with the feed size less than 500mm and the compressive strengh less than 350Mpa. The materials are granite, limestone, concrete, and so on.
2.Working Principle
Impact crusher is a kind of mechanical equipment to crush the materials by the attack. In the working process, the rotor rotates high-speedly by the drive of the motor. When the materials get into the area where the hammers effect, they are impacted with the hammer and crushed into pieces,then thrown to the impact device and rebounded to the area where the hammers effects for being recrushed. This process is repeated. The materials from large to small all to be crushed at the impact chamber repeatly until the materials are crushed into the required size, at last out of the discharging open. Adjusting the gap between the impact frame and the rotors can change the final size and the shape of the materials.
3.Charateristics
