Specifications

Suitable for PET/PE and PP non-woven, release tapes, Polyester tapes, Double-side tapes.

Features:

1. Laminating 3 layers at a time, 2 layers from back and 1 layer from front, it also has one rewinder for release paper, and all unwind bases are independently on operation and auto tension control.

2. Unwind tension is controlled by powder brake, it is adjustable on the request of different materials.

3. The distance and pressure of lamination are controllable as per different materials.

4. Slitting by shear cutter, which was designed for multi-purpose materials cutting.

5. 2 shafts center type winding to make tight and stable rewinding on finished rolls.

6. Rewind tension is controlled by powder clutch with auto tension controller. Recommended to purchase auto knife angle adjustment if there will be lots of sizes on production.
