Automatic Weighing and Paper-Wraping Machine for Noodles or Pasta
Weighing and Paper-Wraping machine for noodle is of accurate weighing and high speed. It contains one noodle weighing machine, one single belt banding machine and one paper wraping machine.
Function: Automatically to finish weighting and tying up noodles with one belt and wraping with paper.
Suitable for automatic weighing and paper-packing of bulk noodle or pasta.
1. Weighing machine adopts high density measuring instrument, sensor, making the measurement more stable and reliable.
2. The system adopts PLC control, making more stable and reliable.
3. The system adopts dural control model, making automatic weighing more accurate and stable.
4. Adopt two-stage measurement, the four different rate for the state, in order to ensure the measurement accuracy on the premise to ensure the measurement speed.

Weighing arrange (single weight ): 200~1000g
(in 240mm as a benchmark)
Weighing speed: 10~20bags/min
Measurement accuracy: Less than 1%
