Automatic Mosquito Mat Packing Machine

Automatic Packing Machine For Mosquito Mat is suitable for packing electric mosquito mat. This packing machine is based on Japanese technology, absorbing all other packing machine advantage and deleting their shortages.
Features of this packing machine
(1)The way of pynamin forte injection is mechanical way. And the precision is high which deviation could be controlled within± 5mg. Six pumps separately adjust the dose(30mg-300mg). The pumps adopt the metal material, of stable performance and long life.
(2)The qualification rates of the the products are high, and can be controlled above 99%.
(3)The cut method is advanced and scientific, and adopted the rotary end cutting with long life, low noise and pinpoint accuracy instead of the traditional pressing cutting way.
(4)with high producing efficiency-could work stably at 480~630 tablets/minute.
(5)The design of the circuit is easy to maintain.
(6)The shapes of end cutting are adopted electromagnetic clutch and could separate 1 to 100 rows randomly. You could have different choices according to the products to meet varies requirements.

Basic process of Mosquito Mat Packing Machine:
Blank mats(35x22x2.8mm) are stacked vertically by hand and is automatically feed to following section.
The blank mat is injected with a fixed amount of Pynamin Forte.
The impregnated mats are automatically wrapped by laminated film.
The laminated film is cut into sets, each one contains 3 6, 9, 12, 15, 18, 21, 24, 27, 30 or more pieces of mats.
The detector function automatically stops the machine if a mat is wrapped without being injected, or it is not wrapped (selective).
