PPGI coil with many standard reinforcing steel bars
Color and Lacquer:
Coat fabric: 2/2 (two coats for top/two coats for bottom), 2/1 (two coats for top/single
coat for bottom)
Color: white, black, sky blue, bright red, yellow and etc (changeable by customer's
request according to the ral code)
Paint:
Topside: 5microns primer+ (10-20)microns polyester. Backside: 5-8microns primer epoxy.
The combining force between the GIor GL and the paint is very strong
1) Thickness of Prepainted Steel Coil: 0. 14-2.0mm
2) Width of Prepainted Steel Coil: 20-1250mm
3) Lacquer of Prepainted Steel Coil: According to customer's needs
Topside: 5microns primer+ (10-20)microns polyester. Backside: 5-8microns primer epoxy.
4) The Prepainted steel coil is produced by GI or GL and color-coated with the paint produced according to the International standards
5) The combining force between the GIor GL and the paint is very strong
6) The surface of Prepainted Steel Coil is normal or can be covered by film.
7) Prepainted Coated Steel Coil: RAL numbers or customers' sample color.
8) Prepainted Steel Coil Can be used in building material field, steel tape and mainly other fields.
The product descprition:
Packing
Each bare coil to be securely tied with two bands through the eye of coil (or not) and one circumferential, the contact points of these bands on the coil edge to be protect with edge protectors. Coil then to be properly wrapped with water proof /resistant paper, it then to be properly and completely metal wrapped. And each packed coil to be properly wrapped with band, three-six such band through the eye of coil at about equal distance, and two-four such bands securely tied around belly of coil at about equal distance
