HGY5314TFC 8m3 Upgraded Bitumen and Gravel Synchronous Chip Seal Truck
I. Application
Synchronous chip sealer is kind of special equipment used for chip sealing of road surface, bridge waterproof and lower seal coat. It realizes that asphalt binders spray and aggregates spreading perform synchronously, which makes full touch of asphalt binders and aggregates to realize their maximum cohesive performance.
HGY5314TFC synchronous chip sealer is researched and developed independently and earns proprietary intellectual property rights. Improving on the basis of KT0608 and KT0610 synchronous chip sealer, it can make chip spreading by lifting the hopper bottom plate inside the hopper, and dump the last 5m3aggregates without lifting the hopper. Strong agitator is installed in the asphalt tank to prevent asphalt rubber from precipitation and segregation. It realizes mechanical, electric and hydraulic system in one system, which simplifies the operating process. The technologies applied in this equipment have achieved world advanced level.

Ⅲ. Advantages
1. HOWO Euro IV chassis with heavy load capacity, low consumption and flexible operation is equipped with 276KW (380HP) engine to supply strong and stable power to the machine.
2. Sound insulation layer of anti-corrosion and durability keeps insulation index no more than 20oC per 8 hours.
3. Two imported diesel burner with high heating efficiency and speed have auto ignition system and auto temperature control system to realize stable and safe operation.
4. The specially designed inner lifting hopper has no need of lifting the hopper to spread aggregates of 5 cubic meters. It is appropriate to construction in culverts, under bridges and at the curves.
5. Full power PTO from the truck engine supplies power for hydraulic system, which is stable and energy-saving.
6. The asphalt spray could be started as soon as the truck starts moving.
7. JOHNSON pumps are applied in asphalt and heat oil system. The pumps are featured by high self-priming quality, large range of rotation, good sealing performance and stable flow rate.
8. Precise processing nozzles are applied to keep uniform and reliable spray effect.
9. Multiple cylinder banks to control the aggregate spreading and asphalt spray width. Every cylinder could be operated separately and flexibly.
10. Stirrer is equipped in asphalt tank for storing asphalt rubber.
11. Both manual and auto operation modes keep the machine in working states with standby system. Special on-vehicle controller is applied for auto control; velocity radar and encoder could measure the truck speed and pump speed precisely so as to control the asphalt spray volume accurately. There are also real time monitor and auto operation panel in the cabin.
