A. Working Principle
Strictly enforcing McDonald preparation and production technology, rubber powder scattering and measuring feeding system prevent rubber powder charging from being affected by charging time and powder lump, thereby to ensure continuous and rationing supply of rubber powder to continuous mixing and high-speed cutting device, then complete mixing at the mixing and cutting device with the heated and rationing conveyed asphalt through fast heating-up system and measuring device and pipelines; after mixing, asphalt and rubber mixtures will be conveyed to reaction kettle with heating and mixing device by special asphalt rubber pump of large displacement for full swelling reaction; at last the finished asphalt rubber will be pumped to the required places.
