There is two type of target: Flat and Rotary. Customized products according drawing is also we specialized.
Molybdenum coating layer was used to precipitate the static contact of the CIGS cells, was a key element for TFT - LCD TFT. These components can be instantaneous control for each pixel,to ensure that the display show high-definition video.

Thin anti-reflection coatings on glass for optical applications are also deposited by sputtering. Sputtered films exhibit excellent uniformity, density, purity and adhesion.
