Featrue:
1)A conjoined bed.The headstock,gear-box,feed box,sliding-box,and bed lathe are made of high quality casting iron,and they are all cast with the resin sand foundry technology.The hardness of induction hardened bed-ways is around HRC55.
2)The lathe is featured high efficiency,high precision,high rigidity and excellent cutting performance.
3)The spindle adopts supported by 3-pointed high-precision design, all gears in headstock are precisely grinded,ensure the spindle turns smoothly at high speed.
4)The base of the bed is a whole cast.The structure ensures high rigidity of the whole machine and convenient chip disposal.
5)Foot brake,overload protection,chip guard,longgudinal automatic stop device,ensures easy operation and good performance of the machine.
