Automatic Macroporous Resin Absorbing Unit for valid ingredients separation from boiled chinese traditional medicine
Macroporous adsorptive resin is a kind of new technique developed in the 1970s. Its basic operating procedures are:
extracting solution of Chinese traditional medicine --- through macroporous resin --- absorb the effective composition of resin --- eluting --- eluting liquor --- Retrieve the solution --- medicine liquor -- drying --- semi products
1. It can reduce dosage and improve the quality and preparing level of Chinese traditional medicine. The substance refined by macroprous resin absorptive technology can increase the density of drug effect and reduce impurities.
2. Reduce products' absorption of moisture. Chinese patent medicine prepared by traditional technique has strong absorption of moisture, which is a problem always existing in the storage of Chinese patent medicine. Macroporous resin absorptive technology can effective temperament. This can enhance the products' stability.

4. The computer automatic supervision technology is introduced during the separation process, has realized the programmable control, automatic detection and pipe transportation in the production, so as to enhance the reliability and repetition of equipment.
5. The automatic control system can realize control and data collection of pumps, valves and various online detectors (flow transmitter and pressure transmitter), conveniently complete the four -columns series and parallel operation and guarantee the stability and accuracy of technology.
6. The structure of resin column is well designed with reasonable height-diameter rate. The precise inlet and outlet fluid distributing device is equipped with automatic filling system and compressed air connector to guarantee the filling effect of macroporous resin column and the regeneration effect of filler so as to provide guarantee for the high efficiency separation.
