     Applicable Range:

      3UA series electronic overload (hereinafter called relay) is designed for the circuit with AC 50Hz,rated operating voltage to 660V,rated operation current 0.1A-125A,to protect circuit and motor against overload or phase breaking. It can be assembles with corresponding AC contactor to form starter.

     Applicable Standards:

      GB14048.4 GB14048.5

     International Standard: IEC 60947-4-1  IEC 60947-5-1

  

     Normal Working and Installation Condition

     1.Ambient temperature within -5°C

-+55°C,and the average temperature no more than+35°C in 24 hours.

      2.Relative humidity no more than 50% at max+40°C,and it may be higher at lower temperature. The lowest avreage temperature no more than +20°C in the wettest month. The maximum average relative humidity of this month doesn't exceed 90%. The charge of temperature leading to dew on the product must be considered.

3. Altitude no more than 2000m.

4.Class of pollution is 3.

5.Installation type is ill.

6.The inclined angle between the mounting surface and vertical surface no more than 5°located on the place of non-sensible compact and vibration.

7.Environmental protection: factors of environmental protection shoule take into account during the design and manufacture. The parts should adopt recoverable material.

 

Structure features

      RElay is composed of three parts of sampling system,judgement and management system,performing and output system,which samples through current transformer to transform three phase sampling current into DC voltage with corresponding setting current. Signal carries out logical calculus process by CMOS chip and judge overload,loss of phase and unbalance,meanwhile send execution command to the execution mechanism that sends signal for protection. The Characteristics as following:

1.Three phase,passive,low energy loss;

2.Permanent magnetism tripping mechanism; 

3.Protection again overload,loss of phase,three phase unblance.
