This rice milling units consist of fine scalping machine, cleaning sieve, stoner, rubber roll husker, paddy separator, sand-roller jet-air rice mill, iron-roller jet-air rice mill, white rice grader, rice polishing machine, as well as efficient bucket elevator and electrical console, etc. From grain cleaning, husking, husked rice separation and rice milling, to the entire process of white rice sorting, all are done automatically and continuously, with following characteristics:
All major operating machines are driven by separate motors and respectively controlled by electrical console.
Can be specially designed and flexibly combined according to users requirements, can process rice of various precisions.
Electrostatic plastic-spray coating, bright and aesthetic appearance, permanent color.
Use glass tipping tubes in material transporting pipeline, beautiful and durable.
Use efficient dust collector, meeting the requirements of environment preservation.
