PQ400 Double Springs Injector Tester Instruction
1. Installation and Operation:
Please put the nozzle tester on the workbench smoothly without installing and fixing. Add 5000ml fuel into the tank. Please use 6mm PVC tube to connect the 0.6-0.8 MPa high pressure air which is separated through fuel and water and lubricated by fuel and fog with the tester through fast inserted joint.
Press single injection button continuously until fuel outflows from the fuel month. If there is no fuel out flowed, it’s possible that there is air inside the inlet pipe. Please leak the tester back 45° to make the tube full of fuel. If these done still without fuel being out, please open the back cover and then press the inlet pipe to discharge the air by hands.
Please connect the injector with high pressure tube and put it into the clamping arm and prevent-mist cover. Rotate air pressure regulating valve to reach the highest value. Press single injection button or continue injection button and observe the open pressure and spray pattern through pressure gauge. If pressure fluctuates quickly, please adjust the throttling valve to reduce injection speed. Observe the injection state in high speed and large flow through speeding up injection. Rotate the throttling valve to adjust the pressure to 1-1.2MPa which is lower than injection pressure and check the pressure-keeping state and fuel leak state of the injector.
When tester keeps working, it will stop working as soon as you press the single injection button once. Please close the tester air source when injector finishes test.
2. Maintenance Attention:
1) Please keep tester clean.
2) Please check fuel tube connector whether leaks or not regularly.
3) Please exchange fuel and clean fuel tank regularly.
4) Please exchange filter regularly.
