Automatic stretch blow molding machine for 10-25L PET bottles

Introduction:
BT-W811-2 automatic blowing machine is suitable for producing 10L-25L bottles with output 200-300 pcs/hour. The whole procedure is automatic.
Features:
1. The main structure is made of #63 channel steel, welded by A3 folding, the surface (blue as basic color) is treated with plastic ejection. the whole structure is delicate and durable.
2. FESSTO pneumatic components, Airtac cylinders, Delta PLC, SMC valves.
3. Conveyor system adopts #45 steel, the surface is galvanized.
4. The machine is easy to operate by inserting the preform on preform holder, then the movement of heating,blowing and finished bottle transferring is done automatically.
5. Preforms are transferred to the heater through rotating and passing-one-by-one to ensure being heated evenly.
6. High safeties with security automatic-locking apparatus in each mechanical action, which will make the procedures turn into a state of safety in case of a breakdown in certain procedure.
7. No contamination and low noise with the air cylinder to drive the action instead of the oil pump.
8. The machine can be operated by one person only. It has stable performance and high output as well as high yield rete.
