Introduce of rice husk pellet processing line
The standard complete wood/straw pellets line of the capacity 1ton/hour and 2tons/hours ,some processes are alternative and adjustable according to actual raw material and request of users. .
The biomass pellets can be made from any type of wood,straw waste,such as Forestry wastes,lumber leftover,saw dust;Wood chips,wood bark and any type of Agriculture stuff,such as Bamboo dust,tea waste,Sugarcane ,Coffee Husk ,Sunflower/cotton/corn stalks;Tobacco waste;Mustard Stalk;Jute waste.
Process of rice husk Pellet processing line
Crushing system:
If the material too big, we need use crush the material into 3-5mm. It can crusher wood log, straw, bamboo, catton, wood branches, wood pallet etc which can usd for making pellet. The final material wil be usd for making pellet
Drying System
If the material to beprocessed is too wet, the line require the dryer to dry the material to below15%. We can use coal, pellet etc as fuel.
Pelleting System
It is main process for this line which produce the pellet,the pellet used for industry, boiler , factory etc. This machine can produce the pellet size with 6-12mm.

Cooling System:
cool down the output pellets and remove some moisture of pellet
Sieving
remove the dusts and crushed pellets
