The pellet machine is applied to the shapless material with low adhesiveness such as the rice husk, sunflower seed husk, peanut shell and other fruit shell branch, trunk, bark, crop straws, rubber, cement ,ash and other chemical materials. Process of rice husk Pellet processing line 

Crushing system:

If the material too big, we need use crush the material into 3-5mm. It can crusher wood log, straw, bamboo, catton, wood branches, wood pallet etc which can usd for making pellet. The final material wil be usd for making pellet

Drying System

If the material to beprocessed is too wet, the line require the dryer to dry the material to below15%. We can use coal, pellet etc as fuel.

Pelleting System

It is main process for this line which produce the pellet,the pellet used for industry, boiler , factory etc. This machine can produce the pellet size with 4-12mm.

 Cooling System:

cool down the output pellets and remove some moisture of pellet

Sieving

remove the dusts and crushed pellets

Packing

package the pellets into bags of required sizes
