  • Lotus Root 40g

  • Burdock 30g

  • Carrot 40g

  • Dried shiitake mushroom 2p (10g)

  • Deep-fried tofu 1/2 p

  • Salt 3g

  • A teaspoon of soy sauce

  • Kombu essence soup

  • Japanese basil 1p

     

    Recipe

    *moisture dried shiitake mushroom for 24hours

    1 slice shiitake mushroom, deep-dried tofu, carrot, lotus root, and burdock

    2 put washed rice and this product (dried) to rice cooker fill water for 300g rice

    3 add all seasoning, dried kombu, and 1 to rice cooker
