Tomato 1
Japanese basil 3p
Purunnpuan 2p (25g x 2)
Soy sauce a tablespoon
Vinegar 2 tablespoon
Sugar 1 teaspoon

Some white sesame
Recipe
1 take off tomato’s stem end cut it. Slice Japanese basil
2 boil Purunnpuan and cut the moisture
3 add soy sauce, vinegar, millet sugar, tomato, and Purunnpuan and mix it well
4 pull in dish and add some Japanese basil

Ingredient (4p)
Beef 150g
Onion 1/2
Shiitake mushroom 2p
Red paprika 1p
Spinach 2-3
Purunnpuan 4p (25g x 4)
Some salt
Some black pepper
Some sesame
Some Shredded red pepper
A tablespoon of Sesame oil
A tablespoon of sake (A)
Soy sauce a half table spoon (A)
A table spoon of sugar (A)
Some grate garlic (A)
A tablespoon of sugar (B)
A tablespoon of sake (B)

Soy sauce one and a half tablespoon (B)
Recipe
1 Slice beef and rub with (A)
2 Slice onion, shiitake mushroom, and red paprika
3 boil Spinach and cut 4cm each. Rub it with salt and one teaspoon of sesame oil
4 boil Purunnpuan and cut the moisture
5 put sesame oil into skillet and stir-fry 2 and add salt and pepper. Take out them.
6 put sesame oil into skillet and stir-fry beef. After well cooked, add 4 with (B) and cook them together.
7 pull in dish and mix spinach and sesame. Decorate with shredded red pepper.

Boiled red-bean can 200g

1 put coconuts milk and boiled red-bean into pan
2 boil Purunnpuan and cut the moisture
3 fry walnut
4 after 1 boiled, add 2 and cook
5 pull in the bowl and decorate with walnut
