Function and Characteristics
1.Full automatic numerical control band sawing machine is a new developed optical, mechanical and electronic integration equipment. The machine is of high technology and with high automatic, high precision, and high efficiency. And It is very convenient for mass cutting.
2.The machine is applying for a large number of advanced and matured numerical control technology. By using programmable PLC controller instead of common electrical equipment control, the functional reliability is greatly increased; By using feeding control system of the core of numerical linear scales, achieve high precision of feeding; ”Man-machine interface” operation panel
with the function of manmachine interaction cando archives administration, preset multigroup procedures, and make the operation more intelligent,and more convenient, and can increase efficiency greatly. Our machines have advanced the like products.
3.The user only needs to install the workpiece, and input the needed cutting length andquantity, and cut down the first blade under the manual control mode, then change the mode to be automatic mode, then the machine will work according to the procedure preset, such as Feeding-clamp
ing-blade cutting-blade withdraw-feeding again-clamping again
4.Hydraulic clamping structure, the workpiece will enter the cutting position from the rear side of the machine.
5.Hydraulic driven movable rack ( movable base) which enable the workpiece movequickly
and correctly to finish the cutting positioning. Movable worktable rack, more precise positioning.6.Specific multiplying valve oil pressure system, Blade down speed controlled by flow speed control valve. This kind of precision system can avoid abnormal damage, and achieve best cutting effect.
7.Single hydraulic cylinder design, and major diameter column and overlong slide bushing (with self lubricating bearings),make up a stable cutting structure.
8,The whole oil way is applying watercooling constant temperature system, which makes the
cutting more smooth and steady.
9,Safety device:
A,The device if the material is not clamped Saw blade cannot startup;
B,Blade break automatic stop device;
C,No load noise less than 70dB.
