AY pump is radially split single stage or two stage between bearing pump designed according to API610.
Genernal description:
Process pump type AY is a new product on the basis of old type Y which isduitbald for renewing equipment with the aim of saving energy to meet the requirement s of modern construction .The pump type AY has the following features:
1 Bearing housing 35,50 and 60 are changed into 45,55 and 70 to raise reliability.
2 The design of wet parts adopts hydiaulic pattern of high efficiency and eneergy-asving .The average effiency of the pump is higher 5 to 8% than that of old process pump type Y
3 The constrction installation dimensions and performence of pump type AYare as those of type Y process pump In order to renew and reform.
4 The common parts can be exchangeble and suitable for some series of pump.
5.The grade of material used on mainly garde I and II .The material of parts,sunch an bearing housing is divided into two kind ,I.E. Cast steel and case iron which are suitable for cold area,open site and ship yard.
6 The cooling for bearing is divided into three kinds:air, fan,and water cooling
