1. Introduction of forged grinding rod
The new alloy forged grinding rod produced by our company is produced by using the latest method, and the size and specification can be adjusted according to the requirements of customers, so that the flexibility is greatly improved, and the unnecessary waste is eliminated. Meanwhile, it prolongs the service life, improves the production efficiency of the mill, saves the production cost and reduces the work force.

3. Characteristics of forged grinding rod
1).The forged grind steel rod has the performances of low abrasion, high hardness (45-55HRC) and strong toughness, and the wear-resisting effect is 1.5-2 times the rolled steel bar; after tempering, the internal stress is relieved, the forged grind steel rod is not broken, the straightness is good, the rod does not bend, and the two ends are not tapered. The wear-resisting property is excellent, so that the cost is greatly reduced for customers.
2).Because of using the latest method to produce, the size and specification can be completely adjusted according to customers' requirements, the flexibility is greatly improved, and unnecessary waste is eliminated.
3).The service life is prolonged, the cost is reduced, the work force is reduced, the trouble of stopping the mill to add the steel bars every day is solved, and production volume is greatly increased.
