The characteristics of grinding rod in rod mill
(1).The grinding rod has the performances of low abrasion, high hardness (45-55HRC) and strong toughness, and the wear-resisting effect is 1.5-2 times the rolled steel bar; after tempering, the internal stress is relieved, the rod is not broken, the straightness is good, the rod does not bend, and the two ends are not tapered. The wear-resisting property is excellent, so that the cost is greatly reduced for customers.
(2) Because of using the latest method to produce, the size and specification can be completely adjusted according to customers' requirements, the flexibility is greatly improved, and unnecessary waste is eliminated.
(3) The service life is prolonged, the cost is reduced, the work force is reduced, the trouble of stopping the mill to add the steel bars every day is solved, and production volume is greatly increased.
