1. Free sample for our regular customers, if the craft is not so complex.  

2. For our first cooperation, we need to charge you, and the sample fee will be refunded if the quantity reaches our quantity requirements. 

2)About Payment Term

T/T, 30%deposit, and 70% balance before delivery.

Paypal, Require additional 5% paypal commission

3) Can we do print on the products ?

Yes. We could offer various printing ways: the screen printing, hot stamping, painting, etc.

4) Can we combine many items assorted in one container in my first order?

Yes. We can accept it. Except some special items, we have MOQ. 

5) What is the normal lead time?

For stock products, we will send goods to you within 3 work days after we receive your payment.
For OEM products, the delivery time is 15~30 work days after we receive your payment.
