QA 1) Can this item reusable? If we stick the prizes on the board and remove it many time will it spoil the printing on the board?
Yes, it is reusable. You can stick the new graphic on the disc covered the previous graphics. (the printed graphic is quite thin) ; or you can tear off the previous graphic, and stick the new graphic on the blank disc. 

QA 2) How to choose suitable disc size for S/L frame?

We suggest 50/60/80cm diameter disc for S frame; 80/100/120cm diameter disc for L frame.

QA 3) Does this unit come with a carrying bag?
Yes, the unit frame is packed in the individual black nonwoven carry bag.

QA 4) what is the weight and size? 
For S size frame(height can be adjustable between100---180cm) 
One set frame is 2.95kgs not including the disc and graphic, frame packing details: 10 sets/ctn (98*45*40cm)

For L size frame(height can be adjustable between110---230cm) 
One set frame is 4kgs not including the disc and graphic, frame packing details: 8 sets/ctn (98*45*40cm)

The disc is packed individual as they are not collasible. 

QA 5) How it works? does the red arrow spin or the round disc spin?

The red arrow don't move, people just need to spin the disc wheel. 

QA 6) Can you make custom print graphic for us to stick on the white blank disc?

We can print the custom graphic prizes for you, but you have to provide the artwork.

Artwork format can be JPG, PDF, PSD, AI, EPS, TIFF, CDR.

QA 7) Please provide production leadtime.
Production time is about 3-5 days after design confirmed.
