The production process
All kinds of aluminum silicate jilt silk rug are made by spun into the production of fiber type, standard type, high purity, containing zirconium silicate aluminum fiber cotton, acupuncture, heat setting, and vertical and horizontal cutting and curly.
Different density and thickness of the needle carpet, provides users with a wide range of material selection, in order to obtain the best heat insulation structure and energy efficiency.
Spun fiber blanket uniform diameter, long fiber, low content of slag ball, make the fiber interweave, resistance to delamination , wind, flexibility and improve tensile strength performance, the application of acupuncture blankets, reducing the material consumption.
Jilt silk fiber blanket does not use any bond, ensure that all products under various environment has good reliability and stability.
