Product features
Mullite castable with high quality as raw material, porous mullite aggregate and stir into a fine powder and additive. Mullite castable can be direct contact with the flame, achieve high temperature energy saving; Unit volume weight light, the structure is 40 ~ 60% reduction in weight, eliminate the roof hanging brick broken brick hidden trouble; Low thermal conductivity, porous mullite aggregate mixture, low thermal conductivity, heat preservation performance is good; Can fast oven, shorten oven period, economic benefit is remarkable;
Product application
Mullite castable used in the petrochemical industry tube furnace, light diesel oil, ethane cracking furnace lining, atmospheric and vacuum furnace and sulfur recovery device and steam boiler, tortoiseshell net heat insulation layer, two barrel and pipe insulation monolayer, and other industrial furnace door, kiln eye etc.
The products are packed by wooden pallet with 25kg jumbo bag or as requirements.
